1. Does it cost to play NumbersBee?

   It is free to play until June 2018.

2. How often can I play Numbers Bee?

   As much as your heart desires! The more you play, the better you get with numbers and operators. There is no limit to the number of games or matches that you can play.

3. How do I use the Game Menu?

   The Game Menu is the dashboard from where you choose the mode, the module and expertise or difficulty level of play. You can also navigate to other sections such as My Accounts, My Friends etc., using the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

4. What is Move Up A Level?

   Move Up A Level allows you to put your practice to test, playing one full cycle of 1 to 24 levels. You can play this at your convenience with intervals. When you come back after an interval, you will resume play at the game where you left off. Upon completion of one cycle, you can start over again and improve your timing and score. You can view your historic scores in the My Achievements page.

5. What is Math of the Day?

   Math of the Day is a competition that runs for 24 hours - from 3:00 AM EDT to 2:59 AM EDT the next-day. Different sets of games are presented each day for Novice, Mid-Level and Expert levels in Integers (for now), and Decimals, Fractions and Algebra modules (when launched). They can be played by both free and paid users. A user can play this only once during the 24 hour period. Leaders are listed in the leaderboard. 6. What is Math with Friends?

   Math with friends is a closed competition, a mini tournament of sorts, where full members challenge their friends in a game of Numbers Bee.
   
   Matches can be scheduled to be played by participants either 'at their convenience' or 'at the same time'.
   
   While playing 'at their convenience' matches, players can play the match at a time convenient to them after the match has opened for play. These matches are open for 24 hours from start time. While playing 'at the same time' matches, the match would commence at a pre-determined time which will be communicated in the invitation and players must be logged in at the start time to play. Log in commences 15 minutes prior to start time. If the match has started, players will not be allowed to log in and join.

7. My Account

   The My Accounts page shows your personal information as well as the username, password that are used for login. You can also change this information from here.

8. My Friends

   This page lists all friends you have enlisted on Numbers Bee. You can invite your friends to matches that you have scheduled. You can also invite friends to join you on Numbersbee via facebook or google+. You can also search for your friends within the NumbersBee community and ask them to become 'friends' on the network.

9. What is List of Matches?

   In this section all matches to which you have been invited and also matches that you have scheduled are listed.
   
   There is also a match history section which lists matches that have been scheduled or played by you in the past.

10. My Achievements

    This page shows several statistics in terms of your participation in Numbers Bee. It shows your current score, your current rank and best ever rank. It will also keep record of achievements like fastest finish, highest score in a match, largest match created in terms of size of participants etc. Keep visiting often and keep track. It also lists your longest time in practice and the maximum games you have practiced at a stretch in a single session.

11. Leaderboard

    This section lists the leaders for Math of the Day across all three difficulty levels - Novice, Mid Level and Expert.

12. Reports

    Total Time Played - Total time spent by an individual or a group, charted for a day and overall. Filters for module, mode, level and also date range can be applied.

    Score - Shows progressive scores for an individual or a group, charted for a day and overall. Filters for module, mode, level and also date range can be applied.

    Accuracy - Charts date wise accuracy for an individual or a group. Filters for module, mode, level and also date range can be applied.

    Speed Averages - Plots date wise speed averages for an individual or a group. Filters for module, mode, level and also date range can be applied.

13. Group Users - My Account

    You can see your personal and account information in this page. It also carries information on the number of licenses you bought and used. Click on the 'Add Licenses' button to buy more licenses.

14. Group Users - Manage Users

    As an administrator, you can log in, go to Manage Users section and add users by entering their personal information as well as assigning them an username and password.

15. Group Users - Manager Players

    As an administrator, you can also add players under users. This can be done from the Manage Players section. Apart from entering their personal information, you have to assign a teacher to them as well as a username and password. You can either enter them one by one, or import them in bulk.
    
    Bulk import of player information is facilitated in the section. Click on the 'Sample CSV Format' and save the file when prompted to do so. Fill in details in the file and save the file. Click on 'Import Players' and in the next screen fill in file information and click the 'Import' button. You are done.

16. Group Users - Manage Matches

    As an administrator, you can schedule and create matches and invite participants from among the group you administer.
